Refund policy

If you want to return your order, for example, because it is not to your satisfaction or you received the wrong item, no problem. On this page, you will find all the information regarding returning your order.

Return Request
Submit your return request by sending us an email. You can send an email to service@aptiq.com, stating your order number. You will then receive the return information along with relevant instructions via email. Sending Your Return: You can send your item back to us by post. You can do this at, for example, a post office or another postal location. Make sure to include the correct return address on the package, which you can find at the bottom of this page.

Return Period
For most items, you have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days after receiving the item, without specifying a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, physically receives the order. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Original Packaging
The items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.

Return Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of a defect or if you received the wrong item, Aptiq B.V. will cover the return costs.

Liability for Returns
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Aptiq B.V. is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at the post office and keep it safe. Can I exchange an item? Exchanges may be possible by agreement. If you wish to exchange items, it's best to contact our customer service at service@aptiq.com.

Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you have received a wrong or defective item, you can contact our customer service at service@aptiq.com. They will send you a return label by email, allowing you to return the package to us free of charge.

Refund
When you return an item, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount and any standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment. Repayment will take place as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal. The amount will be refunded to the account from which it was debited.
