Shipping Costs
For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge a fee of 4.95 euros. For orders within the Netherlands with a value of more than 75 euros, there are no shipping costs.

Shipping
Packages are delivered by DHL from Monday to Saturday. You can track your package from start to finish. Once the order is shipped, we'll send an email with a track and trace code. With this code, you can monitor the status of your order through the DHL website or app.

Delivery
For products in stock, the delivery time is often within 2 days when ordered on weekdays before 2:00 PM. Packages are handed over to the courier before 4:00 PM. Occasionally, there may be delays with the courier, but since the package is in the processing stage, it's usually visible through the tracking system. For countries within the EU, the maximum delivery time is 15 working days. Countries outside the EU are subject to individual arrangements.
