Refund Policy
Do you want to return your order, for example because it is not to your liking or because you received the wrong item? No problem.
Register return
Register your return by sending us an email. You can send an email to service@aptiq.com stating your order number. You will then receive the return information and instructions by email. Sending your return You can return your item to us by post. You can do this at a postnl point or via another postal location. Make sure you state the correct return address on the package. You can find this at the bottom of this page.
Return period
For Aptiq products, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item without giving any reason. The items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
Return costs
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. In the case of a defect or when you have received an incorrect article, Aptiq design bv will pay the costs for returning.
Money back
When you return an item, you are entitled to a refund of the full purchase price and any standard shipping costs for the outward shipment. Refund will take place as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after notification of the withdrawal. The amount will be refunded to the account from which the amount was debited.

Postage costs
For shipping within the Netherlands we ask for a contribution of 4.95 euros. We do not charge shipping costs for an order with a value of more than EUR 75.
Dispatch
Packages are delivered by DHL on Monday to Saturday. You can track your package from start to finish. As soon as the order is shipped, we will send an email with a track and trace code, which allows you to track the status of your order via the DHL website or app.
Delivery
The delivery time for products in stock is ordered before 2 p.m. on workdays, often delivered within 2 days. The packages are delivered to the package deliverer before 4 p.m. It may occasionally happen that the package is delayed by the deliverer. Because the package is in the processing process, it is often visible via track and trace. For foreign countries within the EU, a maximum delivery time of 15 working days applies. Countries outside the EU in consultation.
