Retour aanmelden
Meld uw retour aan door ons een email te sturen. U kunt een email sturen naar service@aptiq.com onder vermelding van uw ordernummer. U ontvangt vervolgens per email de retourinformatie met bijbehorende instructies. Uw retour opsturen U kunt uw artikel via de post aan ons retour zenden. Dit doet u bij bijvoorbeeld een postnl punt of via een andere postlocatie. Zorg dat u het juiste retouradres op het pakket vermeldt. Deze vindt u onderaan deze pagina.
Retourtermijn
Voor de producten van Aptiq geldt dat u binnen een termijn van 14 dagen, na ontvangst van het artikel, zonder opgave van redenen van de aankoop af kunt zien. De artikelen dienen in de originele verpakking en onbeschadigd geretourneerd te worden.
Retourkosten
De directe kosten van het terugzenden van de goederen komen voor uw rekening. In het geval van een defect of wanneer u een verkeerd artikel ontvangen heeft dan betaalt Aptiq design b.v. de kosten voor het retourneren.
Geldteruggave
Wanneer u een artikel retourneert heeft u recht op een teruggave van het volledige aankoopbedrag en eventuele standaard verzendkosten voor de heenzending. Terugbetaling vindt zo spoedig mogelijk plaats, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na melding van de herroeping. Het bedrag wordt teruggestort op de rekening waar het bedrag van is afgeschreven.

Postage costs
For shipping within the Netherlands we ask for a contribution of 4.95 euros. We do not charge shipping costs for an order with a value of more than EUR 75.
Dispatch
Packages are delivered by DHL on Monday to Saturday. You can track your package from start to finish. As soon as the order is shipped, we will send an email with a track and trace code, which allows you to track the status of your order via the DHL website or app.
Delivery
The delivery time for products in stock is ordered before 2 p.m. on workdays, often delivered within 2 days. The packages are delivered to the package deliverer before 4 p.m. It may occasionally happen that the package is delayed by the deliverer. Because the package is in the processing process, it is often visible via track and trace. For foreign countries within the EU, a maximum delivery time of 15 working days applies.
